YOUR PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE
Booking Your Session
Your portrait experience begins the moment you reserve your session. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date and time. We gladly accept credit cards, checks, or cash.
Sessions are planned around you and may take place at a carefully selected outdoor location, your home, or another location appropriate for your session. Melissa Jean Photography serves clients throughout Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Parrish and Florida’s Gulf Coast.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Your Viewing & Ordering Experience
Seeing your portraits for the first time should feel special—and we’ve designed the experience that way.
Approximately one to two weeks after your session, you’ll be invited to your personal viewing and ordering appointment. Together, we’ll review your images, select your favorites and explore beautiful ways to enjoy them—from professional prints and handcrafted albums to fine-art wall pieces.
Please ensure that all decision-makers are present, as selections and orders are completed during this appointment.
Once your order and payment are finalized, your finished artwork will typically be ready for pickup within approximately three weeks. Direct shipping may also be available for an additional fee.
Reorders & Archival Prints
Your portraits are created to be enjoyed for years to come. After your initial order, additional prints and products may be ordered by phone or email.
Your selected images are carefully archived; however, clients are encouraged to place any desired print or artwork orders in a timely manner, as permanent archival storage cannot be guaranteed.
